Trinity Online Meditation ‘The Circle of Silence’.

Paul Harris in his book Christian Meditation offers us this insight, ‘John Main reminds us that meditation is not primarily a way of doing but is a way of becoming, becoming ourselves and coming to self-knowledge. He says in this way of prayer we seek to become the person we are called to be, that meditation is not about doing but about being’.

During this time Cameron Butland will offer four times of meditation to aid a time of personal reflection.  The theme is to explore the Trinity as a circle of silence.  The way in which the silence within us joins with the Divine dance. The format of each time of prayer meet will be – a brief introduction, followed by twenty minutes of silence, and ending with a short bible and other readings, final prayer and the chance to make comments or ask questions.  Each of the four times of prayer is a standalone time of prayer, so you don’t have to attend all the sessions
