If you are a UK taxpayer, the Gift Aid scheme enables WCCM in the UK to reclaim from the Government 25p tax on every £1 that you give at no extra cost to you.

All donations made by individuals who pay either UK income tax and/or UK capital gains tax are eligible for GIFT AID at the rate of 25p for every £1 donated. This means that every £1 donated to WCCM in the UK by a UK tax payer will be worth £1.25 once we have reclaimed the tax from the HM Revenue and Customs.

Please help us by completing the Declaration Form below and submitting it so that a record may be held of all donors who wish us to reclaim the tax element of their donations.

WCCM in the UK will use this information solely for keeping in touch about our activities with your permission. We will not pass your details to anyone else.

Gift Aid It!

I would like WCCM in the UK to reclaim the tax on all qualifying donations I have made, as well as any future donations, until I notify them otherwise.

I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or CASC’s that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year.

I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify.

I understand the Charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I donate.

Please notify WCCM in the UK if you want to

  • Cancel this declaration, or
  • Change your name or home address, or
  • If you no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.

If you pay income tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your self-assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
