Diana Raven will be holding a Quiet Day at Rydal on Wednesday 21st May, focussing on the labyrinth as a symbol of the Christian journey.  The day will include short talks about the history and geometry of the labyrinth, time for meditation, and time for walking in nature, including walking the labyrinth situated in the grounds of Rydal Hall.
